It appears the Discourse theme was changed recently.
The Dark variation is hiding the Julia logo:
Anyone else experiencing the issue?
For future reference, if you change the theme from Julia Default Theme to Material Design Theme you get back the previous appearance with visible Julia logo.
The logo issue disappeared. Marking as solved.
A force-reload (or clearing of your cache) will immediately fix this.
