This has nothing to do with Julia, but because I suspect that there are quite a few scientists reading this, I’d like to draw your attention to the phenomenon of “predatory publishers”.
The five largest are: OMICS group, Waset, Science Domain International, Science Publicatations, and IOSR Journals (International Organization of Scientific Research).
