yes, unfortunately this is how long it takes now.

I built an image with 1.7rc2 in less than 10 minutes, for a project with quite a few dependencies. I think the time was about the same with 1.6.3, but I haven’t measured it. That seemed pretty fast to me, considering how snappy the image is when I use it.
