How to link .jl files with Julia 0.7 or 1.0 on windows 7

@oheil, I removed the old Julia.exe key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications. Then I re-install Julia-1.0 and it works ! Thank you so much ! I already spent so many hours fighting with windows :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I do a quick summary for users who have the same problem :
it appears that “some” uninstall Julia programs do not remove the old “julia.exe” key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications. The old key stays in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications and it blocks the possibility to associate *.jl file to julia.exe. The solution is to remove manually the old key and start installation again :slight_smile:
