Pinging creators of JLD.jl

Hi!

In its current state, JLD.jl does not work for Julia v1.7. I have already elaborated a PR and is passing the tests, but nobody is merging it.

I don’t want to get pushy at all; I know that this is Open Source, and everybody is trying to do their best. But I think it is an important part of the ecosystem for pseudo-critical applications (scientific computing, etc), so it’d be nice to have it merged before the release of v1.7.0.

In case you’re not aware, I think JLD2.jl is used more often these days and is still being maintained.
