I think we are open for conversations in particular the JuliaHPC/JuliaGPU side of things would make sense, but Julia the project at large is part of NumFocus as a fiscal sponsor. See The Julia Project and Its Entities

So we would be a longer conversation to see what HPSF has to offer and if it makes sense to be an associated project.
