We will be hosting our first Julia Installathon next Saturday at 12:00pm EDT (see the Julia community calendar Community to add this event to your own calendar) . Please tell anyone you know who might be interested in attending this event. Joining information is listed below.
Some details about the Julia Installathon: This will be a recurring event, every first Saturday of every month – though the time will change as we will try to rotate timezones to make this accessible to as many people as possible. The goal is to help people get Julia up and running on their machines.
We will occasionally need volunteers to help run these sessions, so if you are interested in attending one of them as a volunteer, please express interest and share your timezone to @nassarhuda or me (here or on slack) and we will fill out these slots on a rolling basis.
