Failed to precompile DifferentialEquations v1.6.2

Hi
I am trying to replicate the example from Turing. But I am struggling to understand why DifferentialEquations fails to precompile. I am using Julia v1.6.2 on Jupyter notebook. Here is the error msg:

LassoPlot.jl hasn’t been updated in a long time and is holding back all of your other packages and giving you weirdly pre-1.3 package versions. Get rid of it and you should be good.

How do I get rid of it? Delete LassoPlot.jl from
~/.julia/registries/General ??

I did ]up and restarted the kernel. And it worked.
