Unable to precompile DifferentialEquations.jl in Juno IDE in new environment and empty project

I am trying to precompile DifferentialEquations.jl into an empty environment , but i am encountering following error suddenly

What’s blocking the latest StatsFuns.jl?

I am not sure.
The environment was empty of any package as it was newly created. I wonder why I cannot precompile only single package

@devmotion you got anything? I know it was fixed but this seems to have come back?

also , note that this seems to happening with newly created environments i.e. not the same as the main environment. (@v1.6) pkg>
I tried doing this in empty main environment i.e. (@v1.6) pkg> and it works fine

It’s the first time I see this error, it’s not the same we fixed a while ago.

Which Julia version do you use and do you use the official binaries from julialang.org? Can you also post the output of ] st --manifest?

i have no idea how this has started working again. I just removed whatever packages i had in the main environment(v1.6>), and then restarted my local environment in which i was working earlier, and re-install package… Yes , i have downloaded binary from julialang website itself
Now it works !
