Error when trying to install JuMP (or any package)

Hello there!

I have Julia 1.5.1 on Windows 7.
When installing JuMP i get the following error, below:

Anyone can help me, please?

I don’t speak Spanish, but it seems like a security error. It’s possible that Windows Defender or another security tool blocked julia.exe from accessing the network. Can you check that?

As a standard method, did you try deleting .julia folder?

I checked that. Deactivated my security program but the problem continues.
I have also tried to uninstall and install Julia and nothing happened.

Sorted out.

The problem was solved with the installation of PowerShell 3, according to Problems with CodecZlib - #4 by jacobcvt12
