Does [noblock] override previous blocking comments in a registrator PR?

Just want to confirm that that auto merging will still happen if a comment like this:

this looks shady...

Is followed by a comment like this:

[noblock]
let's auto merge anyway

I’m fairly certain all comments must be edited with [noblock] (or deleted, in case that would be appropriate).
