Does Juliaup have a portable version?

We know that julia has corresponding portable version, but does Juliaup also have a portable version?

Yes, take a look at the releases on GitHub: Release v1.17.9 · JuliaLang/juliaup · GitHub

They don’t auto-update themselves, though.
