I am interested to know how many developers use Julia. Where can I find this information?

Very hard to say.
Julia has
29.5k stars on Github.
20mm downloads as of Sept 2020.
4343 packages on JuliaHub.
7458 users on Discourse w/ at least a “Basic” badge.

There are plenty of packages which are not registered. There are lots of amazing Julia codes I’ve seen by people who are not regularly involved in the Julia community on Discourse etc.
