There is quite some good material in the wild, but I find it growingly hard to keep track of all my github-stars and browser bookmarks and other stuff, that I decided to put up an etherpad, where everyone who created some material can place the link and then it is easier to discover for someone who is planning a new lesson/workshop/demo.
