Is an update needed?
From a look at https://julialangnightlies-s3.julialang.org/… It seems the latest version for Win64 is 2018-03-24 and for Win32 2018-04-07. In my experience they tend to lag a week or so and then catch. If you need to run the latest try running the Win32 instead of Win64 for the moment.
