I was using the windows nightly build from https://julialang.org/downloads/nightlies.html but I kept getting warnings and errors when using the nightly Travis CI that I didn’t get in my local environment. I eventually figured out that my nightly version is much older than the version travis is using.
It looks like the windows builds are about three weeks out of date. I didn’t want to open an issue about this but wanted to report it somewhere.
