We sent emails about a year ago warning that we were going to require 2FA (two factor authentication) for membership in the JuliaLang GitHub organization and all its repos. Today I flipped the switch, which means that anyone who does not use 2FA on GitHub has been ejected from the JuliaLang organization this morning. Sorry about that, if you weren’t expecting it, but this requirement is long overdue. I have a list of those who were removed from the org, so if you want access back, just enable 2FA on GitHub and ask me to reinstate your former permissions.
