VS Code Julia extension crash when starting up (Windows 10 fall creator update)

Anyone knows how to fix it?

Apart from the first lines, the error message looks rather similar to the message in this issue. @davidanthoff same/similar problem?

It turns out that disabling OneDrive’s files on demand in Windows 10 fix the problem.
