Then you have an older version of JLLWrappers in some other environment. You should have 1.7.0 everywhere, if you somehow happen to load a previous version you get that issue. Of course not, otherwise they wouldn’t get that error in the first place.

TLDR you have an old version of the package JLLWrappers in your environment (<v1.7.0) and you’re using an old version of Julia (<v1.10.8, or <v1.11.3 in the 1.11 series). Update either JLLWrappers or your Julia version, ideally both of them.
