Would it be possible to bundle the Julia dist for Windows with the git bash terminal? It is much more useful than the current Windows terminal (shell mode works!). (See Usable shell on Windows (yay!) )

Is there anyone with knowledge on the internals of Julia which can make a proper support? There was some work in REPL shell mode for Windows by stevengj · Pull Request #31490 · JuliaLang/julia · GitHub .

Have you tried this nice workaround using ReplMaker.jl that should make PowerShell usable in the Julia shell?
