Just browsed juliapackages sorting by github stars and found that, while in these years I heard more or less of all the main packages, the one at the very top, with more that double the stars of the second one, I never heard about.
Is it just me ?
That package shows the stars of its parent repository. So it gets unusually many stars for a Julia package.

DuckDB.jl lives inside the main DuckDB repo (see General/D/DuckDB/Package.toml at master · JuliaRegistries/General · GitHub - it lives here), so it has a lot of stars for other reasons.
