Start Julia by file.bat does not display colors in plots, sys=Win7

sys=Win7
A need run my code by file.bat inside is
C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\Julia-0.6.2\bin\julia.exe -L myprog.jl
julia run but does not display colors in plots. How to run myprog.jl by cliced file.bat ?
