Sluggish Julia start on Win 10. Is it just me? [video] to show

It takes me almost 1 minute to get working!

Not so for me. Starting VSCode with my current (small) project is ~instantaneous. Start the REPL than about 8sec (Revise is auto loaded). And now I can go on, no wait, except for precompiles.
(Windows 10 here too)
