Revise Not Working with DrWatson Use Case

Since no one else has responded so far, I’ll just chime in with my guess: I doubt that it has anything to do with DrWatson; the interaction between Revise and Reexport is probably more relevant. See this discourse post, for example: they don’t always play nicely together.
