What’s the plan to register packages without GitHub?
With the way GitHub is changing things up with a less useful website layout, I am anticipating moving on from the GitHub platform eventually.
At the moment, I am pushing my commits to both GitHub and GitLab simultaneously, but might also push to my own self hosted git server also.
Although I currently plan to continue pushing to GitHub, I don’t want to be dependent on the platform eternally.
What’s the procedure for registering in General without having a GitHub account or repository?
