Is there a reason q and Q are missing ?
You’d have to check with the Unicode consortium:
Not all letters are available as subscripts and superscript in Unicode.

Thanks… so nothing to do with Julia itself…
(that’s said, q is the only lower letter of US alphabet missing… hmm… not sure I agree with Unicode guys it isn’t necessary… sometimes set completeness has a value in itself
