Precompiling ProfileView hangs in 1.13.3

I have two computers running Julia and the same startup.jl on both of them:

I upgraded one to 1.13.3 while the other is at 1.13.1 and ran julia --project -t auto in the directory of a project. The one running 1.13.1 finished loading the startups. The other one hung on ProfileView, spinning for hours. I downgraded it to 1.13.2 and ran Julia again, and while it took almost a minute on ProfileView, it finished.
