Plots broken on Windows bc FFMPEG broken bc avcodec-58.dll cant be loaded

LoadError: InitError: could not load library "avcodec-58.dll" (Windows 10)

Hi, I also got the exact same error on a new install (Windows 10, Julia 1.5.2). Turned out my system was a Windows N version (without video codecs installed by default). Installing the media feature pack solved the issue. It might be helpful to put a warning in the Readme if this can be reproduced.
