Parts of DifferentialEquations Package are not compiling.
I can compile other packages, like Plots, etc. But not DE.

Solved I think it was a memory problem in my virtual machine.
Enlarged the ram and leave only the console and compiled.
kernel.log was saying it was killing the compilation on previous attempts.
Strange!
