I noticed recently that Github have a feature for repositories named “topics”

Maybe Julia package developers should be induced to use some topics.

Maybe this is a good way to group packages without them joining a github organization (which some package authors maybe hesitant).
Currently the following topics starting with “julia” exist
julia
julia-language
julia-scripts
julia-wrapper
julia-library
julia-fractal
julia-logo
julia-client
Maybe every Julia package should use julia-library topic
or julia-language.
What is your opinion?
I think “julia” tag is enough for Julia packages.
