Afaict, this function makes one curve, not multiple. Why is it named “lines” plural? I always forget how to use it and have to check the docs. I think it will be easier to remember if it uses the name line! curve!.

I think this would be better raised as an issue on GitHub (on the Makie.jl repository).

Also, FWIW, you can use lines! to make multiple segments by separating them with NaNs. Also #2, maybe lines! stands for linesegment!?
