Letting DifferentialEquations.jl Stabilize

Hello everyone,
There has been a massive feature push recently with the new integrator interface, new callbacks, delay equation solvers, add-on tools, CompositeAlgorithm, among very many other things. I wanted to let everyone know that I am doing a big “ecosystem-wide tag” to release everything in its current state (as it seems to all work well), and will be letting the ecosystem stabilize for a bit before adding new features. In the meantime I will be working behind the scenes on research projects for new algorithms that make use of the full functionality of what DifferentialEquations.jl currently allows, but will not have the time to address some of the current feature requests that are around.
