Just curious: why most of packages in github.com/JuliaQuant organization not updated for a quite long time

I am searching for an alternative to Backtrader in Python, or any backtesting framework in Julia, without any luck. How do people here in Julia do trade backtesting?

As far as Iā€™m aware, Stratagems.jl is the the only real backtesting tool. There might be others, though.
