Hello everyone! i am looking for people to help me do testing for JulIDE on windows ( x86_64-pc-windows-msvc), currently i can only test on Linux and macOS due to me only having Linux and macOS machines, so i cannot test behavior on windows, which leads to a lot of bugs, while some are fixed, i am very sure there are more.
i have tried parallels on macOS, which dosent help since its ARM windows, which JulIDE dosent currently support. you dont have to help, but ill greatly appreciate help in that aspect! thank you ![]()
update: JulIDE 0.6.0 is out! this release includes ASCII only mode, LaTex in markdown support via KaTex, fixes Julia code not being properly highlighted in markdown and adds support for zoom in and zoom out, as well as
A tab with unsaved changes now shows a dot, autosave is now fixed and closing an edited file asks first
this release also ships a portable executable for windows
another minor update: i am currently working on getting code signing done for JulIDE binaries, both on macOS and on windows, i sincerely hope that will come through, but nothing is final
minor update: JulIDE v0.6.1 is out! this release fixes bugs that appeared on windows 11
specifically in the Language Servers (fatou and LanguageServer.jl) integration
update: JulIDE development will be on break between this Thursday and next monday due to me going on vacation. ill try my best to respond to issues but it may take longer than usual if i am out of the hotel at the time
