I am trying to add Genie to my packages but encountered this error…

I found that this repository should be under JuliaPackaging not JuliaComputing but I don’t know how to fix this.

It looks like something has corrupted your JuliaPro install, since that package should be provided internally, and not need to be downloaded at all.
Which version of JuliaPro are you using? Can you do a using Pkg; Pkg.status(mode=PKGMODE_MANIFEST) in your REPL and send us the output (send it to juliapro@juliacomputing.com if you want it to be private)
