JuliaMath/Decimals.jl has not seen a new release since January 2020. There are 8 open pull requests (one of those adding tryparse which could help with reading CSV files Support tryparse by nicolamos · Pull Request #55 · JuliaMath/Decimals.jl · GitHub).
Since the package is listed under JuliaMath organization I was wondering if there is a procedure at the organization level to review if its packages receive some attention?
