JuliaBox and Safari browser (macOs): log in impossible

Using Safari as a web browser under macOs, the login buttons of www.juliabox.com (i.e. GitHub/Google/LinkedIn…) are not rendered. Logging in is impossible.

Using Firefox, the buttons are rendered and logging in works.

I can’t see them in Chrome in Linux in one installation. They show up for a fraction of second and vanish. But can see in another installation of linux just fine. Definitely, something weird happenning.

@ mgiugliano, Can you check restarting the browser after disabling any browser extensions you may have on Safari ? If it still does not work, could you send the logs ?

Steps:

  1. Right click and select “Inspect Element”
  2. Go to “Console” tab.
  3. Refresh the page
  4. Send the logs to “juliabox@juliacomputing.com

@Pradeep_Mudlapur Thanks for suggesting a series of simple steps to reproduce and isolate the problem.

While starting to follow your direction, I have just discovered that it is the AdBlock 2.67.0 Safari extension that makes the login icons disappearing.

Once disabled, I could use Safari to log on without problems.
