Speakers:

  1. Torkel Loman will demonstrate the integration of Catalyst.jl with various packages relevant to systems biology. He will discuss what features are currently supported, for which support is underway, and also request input from the community on what features should be prioritized.
  2. Sebastian Persson will introduce PEtab.jl, a powerful optimization software tailored for parameter estimation challenges specified in the PEtab format.
