Build a large body of public work with open source contributions. Make these contributions be in Julia, so that way they sound super impressive (“I built the first dataframe library which specializes on its ability to work with automatic differentiation of neural networks, and it’s as fast as ones written in C++!”), when in reality its 200 lines and codegen does most of the work.
