Looks like you are not using the official binaries, so then I am guessing you have libgit version 0.99 and running into Bug: compatibility with http-parser 2.9.3 and libgit2 0.99.0-2 · Issue #35043 · JuliaLang/julia · GitHub. Other users report that downgrading libgit2 solves your problem.
