Is it possible to create a window longer than the screen height and make it scrollable, either using sliders, keyboard down arrow, or any other solution ?

Not really, you can translate the content of a Scene up and down but it won’t work if your content consists of other Scenes as they don’t move together with the translation. One could probably hack around a little.
