Introducing SequencerJ for finding trends in 1-D datasets

I am very pleased to announce the public availability of my first Julia package, [SequencerJ](https://github.com/turingtest37/SequencerJ.jl). This is a 100% Julia implementation of the “Sequencer algorithm”, which uses statistical distance measurements and graph algorithms to find trends across 1-dimensional datasets. The original implementation was in python. For now, SequencerJ supports four metrics: I am hoping folks in the Julia community with more math chops than me will consider contributing to the code base to add additional metrics.

Contact me here on Discourse or on Slack @turingtest37 for bugs and suggestions!
