Include is not recognized command
Julia version 1.7.2
The blue prompt means you’re in the package repl, where you can only execute pkg related commands. Press backspace until the prompt changes back to julia> then you can run your code.

Just did the same. Thanks for reply.
A sidenote, please copy and paste your code instead of posting screenshots (see e.g. point 2 in Make it easier to help you). Screenshots are difficult to read, not searchable, and no one needs/wants to see your browser and surrounding things.
