Hi All,
I am interested to know if anyone has any suggestions about packages other than Pumas for in silico clinical trials for Julia. I have been using DifferentialEquations and SciML for simple simulations but is it possible to combine DifferentialEquations, ModelingToolkit, JuliaNLM & Turing for non-linear mixed effects models. Unfortuantely even though I want to install Pumas if it were as Pluto Notebook in JuliaHub, it does not seem like it is possible to do so, hence the request.
Would greatly appreciate any pointers to tutorials or solutions.
Kind Regards,
Arindam
Hi! At this moment I’m also using DifferentialEquations and Turing in my work. There are no alternatives for Pumas in the Julia ecosystem right now. I hope one will appear, or maybe I’ll start doing something in this direction someday ))
@arinbasu you can request an academic license (if you are in academia) or reach out to PumasAI to use Pumas. They are friendly people out there ![]()
