How to manually add references in Literate -> Documenter

I am using Literate → Documenter to write a tutorial, not to document a module.
How do I manually add an anchor on a file and create a reference on a different file (e.g. “See the section on [AUTOLINK]Missing Values[/AUTOLINK] in general”).

Neither Documenter, nor Literate, does anything different/magical for documenting packages/modules, so you just use the same syntax as usual.
