[GSoC 2021] Few Shot Learning Algorithms

Hi, I want to work on a long-term project in few shot learning algorithms encompassing various techniques and architectures ranging from siamese networks to neural turing machines to meta-learners in Julia for at least 2-3 years starting in a few weeks. I want to take it up as a GSoC project as well. Can I know -

  1. What are the current best implementations in the field in Julia
  2. What are the best suitable packages available in Julia ecosystem
  3. Is this kind of project suitable for GSoC / JSoC
