Errors after an ]update - Precompile fails

I often run into problems updating packages. I think the crux of the problem can be summarized in these two lines. (This often happens when I update packages…)

What is going on here? I think that in command 1, I’m ensuring that “HTTP” is precompiled". In command 2, however the system tells me that “HTTP” with exactly the same UUID is missing from the cache.

How do I fix it?

I’ve been running into exactly this same problem recently.

There are more of these warnings, it seems, in Julia 1.10.
