ERROR: Unable to automatically install 'Libtiff' on Windows 10

I’m on a Windows 10 machine running Julia 1.6 and was just now hoping to start profile some code, but alas was hit by this error message when trying to install the Profile package. Help would be much appreciated!

Works fine for me on Windows 10, Julia 1.6.5 (although there isn’t really a reason to use 1.6.5 for most people, you should be on 1.7.2!)

Side note, Julia v1.8 will provide significantly more verbose error messages when a download like that fails. Typical problems which cause download issues are network (mis)configurations, or the use of proxies

I upgraded and now it works
