Hello, I am having trouble after installing Julia on a new Laptop. I want to add jupyter notebook to my Julia. So after adding IJulia, I type "using IJulia; notebook() ". After some downloading I get the Error-message below.
I already followed the instructions, deleted the files and started again, but received the same message.
Does somebody know this error and is able to help? Would be very thankfull!
