With the new native code caching in 1.9, has anyone thought to make a tool which basically just runs in the background watching your project and triggers a background precompile anytime a file changes (killing any previously running background one), making it more likely that the next startup is fast? (genuine question, I feel like someone would have thought of this and started something)
